My experience
Catriona the dental hygienist was excellent and extremely professional. I found the receptionist really unfriendly and unhelpful. I informed her I was expecting a baby close to my next appointment and she didn’t even crack a smile. I was asked when I needed a follow up appointment only to be offered no choice but to take the next available in 5 months. I was looking to enhance my oral health during my pregnancy but this just doesn’t seem possible due to booking constraints and actually no one in here cares. I left feeling frustrated to be honest and let down. I know it’s a busy practice but at least be pleasant to people and sometimes it’s worth apologising or explaining these booking constraints politely.

Fantastic service
I would highly recommend this dental practice. The overall service from all the staff is fantastic, and Dr Siobhan Cleary in particular is a brilliant dentist. I am much happier with the appearance of my teeth since I started attending this clinic and can't thank Dr Cleary enough.

Exceptional experience
I attended the practice recently with my adult Son who has special needs. The overall experience was exceptional. Morris and Mary were very kind, patient and understanding. The room had relaxing music and Mary provided sun glasses to dim the bright light while Morris worked gently and efficiently explaining everything as he went along. I can highly recommend this practice.
