I went from physically shaking in the dentist chair to a confident patient in 2 visits. Dr Yulia is brillent. Highly recommend smile hub. Its clean, its bright, the staff are so welcoming & the opening hours are incredible.

Really welcoming accommodating staff, all made me feel really welcome and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Would definitely recommend!

I had an emergency appointment with Dr Viktoriia today. She was superb and after discussing my issue and doing tests plus x rays, she discussed my options and booked me in for a root canal consultation. She is friendly, polite and kind. The girl on reception has fantastic customer service skills. The clinic is very modern and spotless. Parking was easy too. Brilliant website with online booking. Five stars all round.

Overall I’ve had great experiences but today whilst getting a filling it was quite unpleasant. I let my dentist know on multiple occasions that I could feel the procedure and the tooth was highly sensitive, yet she didn’t use much to numb the area even when I made this known. It was only in the last ten minutes or so of a 75 minute appointment when she applied medication directly to the area that it was painless. It was very disappointing as I had expressed in this and all previous appointments that I am a nervous patient and this certainly didn’t help. Unfortunately I did end up being upset during the procedure due to nerves and pain, and it was pretty much dismissed. Being fearful of the dentist as an adult is embarrassing enough, and I had chosen this clinic as it is highly advertised as specialising in nervous patients, but I didn’t feel that at all today and ended up leaving mortified. As I have mentioned, the previous two times I’ve been here were extremely positive experiences. Dr Fee and Stephanie were, in these past experiences, absolutely fantastic and great to deal with, and really put me at ease. However today’s appointment (a different dentist to the two named above) has made me rethink booking in again.

I've had great experiences so far but this time I'd been left waiting 30 minutes for an 8am appointment where I was the first customer. If you expect your customers to be on time, please be on time in return.

Dentist was lovely, when leaving hearing receptionists gossip about me and also being charged near 200 euro when I have to return to get procedure properly done AND be charged full price again was not so lovely, won’t be returning.

Honestly could not recommend this clinic enough. I had to travel an hour to get here for an emergency appointment, and it was worth every single minute. The receptionist was so lovely and welcoming from the second I walked in. The dentist herself was incredible, so professional and incredibly informative. She took her time to explain everything clearly and I didn't feel rushed for a second. She genuinely made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Even though it's a bit of a drive for me, this is officially my new go-to dental clinic.

The dental team are amazing and they were able to do the procedure on the same day. Professional, friendly and immediate put me at ease ... virtually painless. I would definitely recommend to family and friends

Excellent dental practise. Have been here four times and can't fault them. Very happy with the service I received and quality of dentistry. A little pricey but worth it.

The nurse and dentist were excellent. Really professional but also very friendly putting my teen daughter at ease. X-ray not working a bit of a nuisance but not the end of the world.
