Appointment
Had an appointment booked for 8am, after 15 mins I told the receptionist that i was due in work for 9am, she said she would send a message to the dentist. 10 mins later dentist still didn't come out. I left at 8.25am after waiting for my 8am appointment. I was asked if I wanted to reschedule but I drove 25 mins to get there and its not a great sign leaving customers. It's disappointing as I had a composite bonding booking and was hoping to get my teeth done for my wedding.

Incredibly kind
The dentist I saw was incredibly kind to both myself and my son. The only thing that could improve slightly is just to be advised of additional costs during treatment.
