I am Thai and have had braces since I was in Thailand many years ago. When I moved to Clonmel, I chose to have braces here. It took me almost 2 years to have braces. The service is very good. Fantastic experience with the team at Orthodontics by Jackie!

Enquired in early 2023 as I was getting married in October that year! The earliest appointment was quite some time away. Chloe took my details and said she would prioritise me if a cancellation came through in the meantime. I had no expectations and started to call other companies. Within 2 days, true to her word, Chloe called me with an appointment for the next day.

The initial consultation was very professional and informative and set out the expectations from the very beginning. I signed up and within 4 weeks I had started my Invisalign journey.

The process is very straight forward. Thankfully I hadn’t much pain or sensitivity along the way. The team were incredibly thorough and I had gotten rescanned for my aligners maybe 3 if not 4 times. This ensured I achieved the best results.

When my wedding came about in October my teeth were in fantastic shape even though I still had a good bit of the journey still to go. Jackie insisted I come in and get the catches filed down for my wedding so I’d have a great smile on the day and then reapplied them shortly afterwards. This just credits the huge level of care the team have for their patients.

Jackie is very fortunate to have surrounded herself by a truly wonderful and hardworking team. On my journey I met with Chloe, Edel, Lydia, and Radka - all of whom are a credit to the business. The team always warmly greet you upon arrival, are ultra responsive and incredibly professional with how they operate when you are in the clinic.

Delighted my journey is over and my only regret is I didn’t do this sooner. If anyone is thinking about starting with Invisalign, look no further than Orthodontics by Jackie!
