Dr. Jackie and Lydia were extremely friendly and supportive at my consultation. It's great to be able to see a simulation of what your teeth will look like after treatment and Dr. Jackie made sure to fully understand what I wanted the end result to look like. Would highly recommend Dr. Jackie and the practice to anyone who is thinking about getting orthodontic treatment.

So thrilled with my results after getting my braces off today after only 6 months. I had braces years ago but just wasn't fully happy with them. I then heard of Jackie and was blown away by both Jackie and the amazing team of girls around her. From the first consultation and all the messages after it as I was so unsure and indecisive but Jackie was just brilliant and I am so happy I decided to take the plunge and get them on. Cannot thank you all enough... brilliant team and just so friendly.

Absolutely fabulous place, immaculately clean, modern interior, very professional and friendly staff, Christopher can't wait to start his treatment.

I attended today wednesday 24th of march for my consultation and from the minute I walked in the door I was made to feel very welcome and the staff were nothing short of professional, friendley, interested , and very helpful . Katie who done all my photo work was amazingly friendley and very professional for which I'm grateful. Jackie herself was a lady to deal with and chat to and I would recommend them completely and that's before I start my own journey in which I am looking forward to. Many Thanks for today. I have been visiting Jackie and all of the staff there for the past few months and it has been an absolute pleasure every step of the way. I may be slightly different to most people who go for braces as I am rapidly approaching my forties and had been in two minds for years as to whether or not I should, or I needed to, get braces.

On my initial consultation Jackie and Lydia made the process so simple and straightforward that I made my mind up there and then and decided to go with the Invisalign option. The technology that they use to show you your teeth in their current state versus what the future state will be was the game changer for me. When I could see on the screen in front of me what my teeth would look like in a few months helped me to make my mind up. I work in a sales role for my job so I am constantly meeting people, either over video calls due to Covid but normally in person, and I would have been very conscious of my teeth in the past. We are now 5 months into the process and there is already a huge change in my appearance which completely justifies why I made the right choice by trusting Jackie and the team.

The first consultation was fantastic as Lydia & Jackie described in detail what they were doing and how the process would work. We talked about different brace options, what the duration would be and the payment process and it genuinely could not have been more enjoyable if they tried. They gave me my Dental Monitoring ScanBox so every week I take photos of my teeth on an app and send it over to Jackie to be reviewed and then I am told whether to move onto the next set of aligners or not. This means I save time by not having to go to the clinic every few weeks and we can do it all remotely.

To sum up I would HIGHLY recommend you at least speak with Jackie and the team if you are in any way considering braces or Invisalign. I should have done it years ago myself. I can see the difference already and its helped my confidence in a big way also. It is a small investment in yourself and the team at Orthodontics by Jackie make the process extremely enjoyable.

I would have no hesitation whatsoever giving the clinic a 5 star review and would encourage people to book a consultation and see for yourself what they can do for you. It will be the best thing you have ever done!!

Just had a lovely experience here today with my 9yr old son , he is usually a nervous patient in a dentist chair but Katie and Jackie were wonderful to deal with, had him at ease from the start . We got a great plan to create a beautiful smile for my boy and we cant wait to get started

Amazing.

The atmosphere from when you walk in the door to when you leave is outstanding.

The team, including Jackie are the kindest, genuine and most professional people I have ever met.

The building is so gorgeous and comforting, The place has the highest standard of hygiene I have ever seen in any Orthodontist and I cannot applaud Jackie and her team much more.

I cannot recommend anyone with a higher standard or kindness, professionalism and carefulness in the area or beyond.

I am so glad I was advised by so many and I got to be one of many happy customers that visited Orthodontist by lovely Jackie.

My son needed braces and was a bit nervous. Jackie and the staff team were fantastic with him, really put his mind at ease throughout the consultation. The practice is state of the art and the welcoming atmosphere created by the team really sets them apart in my opinion. Would highly recommend Orthodontics by Jackie!!
