I have been going to South Gate dental since I was 15 and wow. 10/10 service EVERYTIME from Arda and Ronda. I had my full orthodontic treatment done at this facility and I will never go anywhere else for my teeth. I always get compliments on my smile and I have South Gate dental to thank for that. Upon entering South Gate Dental Clinic, I was immediately impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful, taking the time to explain the initial paperwork and answering all my questions regarding treatment options. It was clear that they genuinely cared about my concerns and were committed to making the process as easy as possible.

During my consultation, I met Dr. Arda, and I was immediately put at ease by his friendly demeanor. He took the time to thoroughly explain the benefits of Invisalign compared to traditional braces. I appreciated that he didn’t rush through the consultation; instead, he made sure I understood every aspect of the treatment and answered all my questions patiently.

After discussing my goals and expectations, I decided to proceed with Invisalign. The initial scanning process was quick and efficient. Dr. Arda used a state-of-the-art 3D scanner to create a digital model of my teeth, which was fascinating to watch and reinforced my confidence in the technology being utilized.

Throughout my treatment, I was consistently supported by Claudia and Ronda, one of the nurses and technicians at the clinic. They assisted Dr. Arda during my appointments and were instrumental in providing care. Claudia was always friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable and informed at every step.

As I began wearing the aligners, Ronda continued to be a valuable resource. She provided detailed instructions on how to care for my aligners and what to expect during the adjustment periods. It was reassuring to know I could reach out with any questions or concerns. They were always prompt in their responses.

Dr. Arda conducted regular check-ins to assess my progress. Each appointment was efficient, and he always took the time to evaluate how my treatment was going. He adjusted my plan as needed to ensure I was on track for the best results. The entire staff consistently maintained a friendly and professional demeanor, making every visit a pleasant experience.

One of the standout benefits of using Invisalign was the flexibility it offered. Unlike traditional braces, I could remove the aligners while eating, which made meals much more enjoyable. I appreciated being able to maintain my oral hygiene routine without complications. Dr. Arda emphasized the importance of wearing the aligners for the recommended 22 hours a day, and I found it surprisingly easy to adapt.

As my treatment progressed, I began to notice significant changes in my smile. The aligners were virtually invisible, allowing me to feel confident in social situations without worrying about my appearance. This aspect was particularly important to me, as I work in a professional environment where first impressions matter.

Absolutely wonderful place and people, I started my treatment 3 years ago, finally today got my braces off and couldn't be happier, cant believe the results they dont even look like my teeth 😁 would like to mention Ronda , Claudia who helped me along the way , and of course Dr Arda who is an absolute perfectionist in what he does, thank you guys so much. I’ve recently just finished my braces journey with Southgate Dental after 4 years and I’m delighted with the results and my new smile. I went from hating to have to go to the dentist to now missing the fact that I have no monthly appointments. This is all down to the excellence of orthodontist Dr. Arda, who is truly great at what he does and his brilliant dental assistants Rhonda, Claudia and Lyndsay, the excellent, friendly and always so welcoming reception staff. They all really make you feel at home in a beautiful state of the art clinic. I can’t speak highly enough of Southgate dental and the experience I’ve had, i will always recommend Southgate dental to everyone. 10/10

I have just finished my Invisalign treatment today at Southgate and I cannot recommend them enough. Dr. Arda, Ronda, Claudia, and Lyndsay make an excellent team, and they made sure I felt welcome and at ease during the procedures. They made sure to discuss all of the different options available for my braces at the beginning and they answered any questions I had. Arda also explained each step of the process with me which I found helped me feel at ease. He is exceptionally skilled and professional and I am delighted with my results.
The whole team are brilliant and always welcomed me with a smile, and the receptionists are always very friendly too. The dentists, Tilal and Karolina, were also excellent, as well as Flora from the hygiene team.

Just got my aligners off and I’m absolutely over the moon with the results!! I went into Dr.Arda with not the best shape teeth and always hid my smile away but thanks to all of his hard work I won’t be hiding my teeth anymore!!
