A very nice environment
I had a new patient check up and was treated by Lillian, Lillian is great at explaining what she is looking at, checking up that you’re feeling alright and making you feel comfortable. The Dentist and Dental Nurse were also very kind, welcoming and chatty, a very nice environment to be in. When I needed to book a follow up appointment, I was able to do so with ease as the receptionist is very helpful and helped me figure out a time and date that suited me.

Gentle and caring
I was extremely pleased with the hygiene and cleaning treatment carried out by Evelyn. She was very pleasant, courteous, excellent at her work whilst gentle and caring in manner. The lady in reception was also very nice, and addressed me immediately after I arrived. I was treated very respectfully and recieved top class treatment for my teeth. Always have a great experience visiting Ballincollig Dental.
The appointment booking process is easy over the phone and they have also launched an online booking system.
The one thing I would improve are their opening hours. They are open the same time as my office hours so I have to take time off to attend appintments. I would be happy to pay a premium for an appointment early in the morning (before 9am) or late in the evening (after 6pm)

As an elderly person that spent most of my life in dread of dentists thanks to the dreaded gas mask and a very bad experience in the North Infirmary as a child I can’t honestly say that I wish I had met Lelia and her team many years ago. I now attend Ballincollig Dental on a regular basis and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their patient care, awareness and understanding is awesome to say the least. Thank you for making a dental visit a completely different experience for me.
