Always have a great experience visiting Ballincollig Dental.

The appointment booking process is easy over the phone and they have also launched an online booking system.

The one thing I would improve are their opening hours. They are open the same time as my office hours so I have to take time off to attend appintments. I would be happy to pay a premium for an appointment early in the morning (before 9am) or late in the evening (after 6pm)

As an elderly person that spent most of my life in dread of dentists thanks to the dreaded gas mask and a very bad experience in the North Infirmary as a child I can’t honestly say that I wish I had met Lelia and her team many years ago. I now attend Ballincollig Dental on a regular basis and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their patient care, awareness and understanding is awesome to say the least. Thank you for making a dental visit a completely different experience for me.

This is the first time I have had a clean done with Ballincollig Dental and I am so happy with it. I normally walk out of other dentist office disappointed at a rushed job with no difference in results but the lady who did it today was so good at her job! She took her time and did a thorough clean. I really noticed a difference afterwards. I can’t remember her name but she had dark hair and is originally from Galway. I will definitely be using this dentist in future.

I’ve had 2 wisdom teeth extracted by Rebecca recently and she was brilliant. The entire team were professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. They explained the procedure clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was at ease throughout the appointment. The extraction was much smoother than I expected, and the aftercare instructions were easy to follow. I received excellent care and would highly recommend this practice to anyone.
