Easy to contact them if you need to change an appointment. They're very diligent in reminding. I never feel unable to express my wishes. Kind people. Feel I'm in good hands.

A great efficient and friendly experience

I cracked a tooth over a weekend, I called on Monday morning and the dentist in Ballincollig dental had my tooth repaired by lunch time. A great efficient and friendly experience. Thank you so much

Everyone was so nice

I haven't been to a Dentist in nearly 3 years and when I made the appointment, I was a little apprehensive because it's been so long. But from the moment I sat in the chair, I was made so welcome and relaxed. Everyone was so nice and everything was explained in detail to me. So now I look forward to my next appointment, something I'd thought I would never say, Thank you

I was there while on vacation (this was july '22) because of a aching wisdom tooth. I got an appointment the same morning and they took care of the problem. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The dentist took a lot of time and explained everything in detail. It saved the holiday. I never experienced such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at a medical institution before.

Super happy with Ballincollig Dental clinic. First time I went there it was a check up, scaling and polishing and few weeks later had a tooth extraction. Dr Alice is very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

The dentist and all the staff were super nice and professional and looked after me well because I was mad nervous cos I hadn't been to the dentist in many years. I had to get one filling and the dentist was very gentle and good and it don't hurt at all and I was delighted and left very happy. 😁
