Evelyn is an excellent hygienist. She takes her time, gives wonderful advice and care and I couldn’t be more pleased with her work.

Very short, I didn't feel the hygienist gave my back molars a thorough cleaning.

My appointment with the hygienist was at 10am I thought it was at 9.30 and said that in response to the reminder text telling me that I had a dental appointment at 10am but I didn’t get any reply back from reception so I assumed I was right about my 9.30 appointment with the hygienist. I was surprised to be waiting for half an hour. The reception didn’t seem to be know why I was kept waiting, however this was a mistake and I didn’t feel it was entirely fair to complain, the experience with the hygienist was fine. Also the dentist was great. Over and above the basic checkup I was met with kindness and respect as always .

Today was my first visit to Crestfield Dental Surgery, and I had an excellent experience. Catherine and Olivea were extremely welcoming, friendly, and professional. Everything was explained to me clearly, step by step, which made me feel confident in their expertise and reassured that I was in safe hands. A treatment plan was put together for me, and the necessary appointment was arranged. Outstanding customer service and professionalism throughout.

I went to crestfield Dental last year to talk about Invisalign, after going to a few places and hearing my teeth are complicated and would need extensive work over a period of nearly 2 years and cost a eye watering amount, Dr John Holland reassured me I was in good hands and the treatment could be done in half that time and nowhere near the amount I was quoted. Flexible payment plans also.From start to finish the whole experience has been a breeze, all the staff are so kind and are always at the end of the phone if you need any help or advice. The visits were quick and painless, and the music playlist was superb 😁After I completed all the Invisalign trays, then came the composite bonding. This completely transformed my smile and look and couldn't be more happy with the results. Now I don't have to avoid photos or putting on a closed mouth smile. I can be myself and smile without the feeling anxious about my look. John and his fantastic team have changed my life.
