I had a good experience at this dental clinic overall. The receptionist was especially great — very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Because the waiting time was quite long (about an hour), he kindly suggested that I could go to a nearby shop instead of sitting in the waiting room, and he even called me when it was almost my turn so I could come back. That made the wait much easier and I really appreciated his thoughtfulness.
The dentist seemed very professional in his work. Perhaps he was a bit tired that day, so there wasn’t much interaction, but everything went well overall. Thank you for the service!

I had a great experience I only got there, had an emergency and I was seeing to very quick, and the dentist was very understanding, & listened to me & did the best dental work I've ever had felt no pain & the office was very clean and they where very efficient and nothing like past dental experience, I would recommend them to anyone. & Thank you Linda for doing great dental work. I'll be back if I need anymore work. So they were very quick and efficient & went the extra mile with emailing me x-rays straight away.

The only negative part was the security guard on the door of Stephens green shopping centre. He was incredibly rude and tried to stop me entering the centre to attend my extraction appointment. I called his supervisor who was helpful. Being a disabled person is awkward enough without people like him preventing you from accessing health care services. His boss, John was really kind and deserves a raise.
