Excellent treatment from dentist and hygenist

I recently visited the clinic for a dental cleaning and, as a new patient, also had a full dental examination.
Dr. Mary Reddy carried out my examination, and from the very beginning, she was exceptionally professional and attentive. My X-rays showed that I needed additional treatment, including a filling and a root canal re-treatment. I honestly wasn’t expecting the root canal news, but it was clear from the X-rays that my previous treatment from years ago had failed.

Although I was initially quite upset, Dr. Reddy took the time to explain everything in detail and offered genuine reassurance and emotional support, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to meet healthcare professionals who connect with patients on such a human level, and her patience and empathy made a big difference. She referred me for the re-treatment and later performed the filling on my lower molar, which went smoothly.

My dental cleaning was done by hygienist Sonia Ani, who was also very professional, thorough, and approachable. She made the whole experience very comfortable and pleasant.

Overall, I had an excellent experience at this clinic and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality dental care.

I had a very good experience on a recent visit to the dental hygienist, Grace. Her attention to detail was good, and I left with some very clean teeth indeed. She had some very good advice on how best to go about cleaning my wisdom teeth. This and my last visit with Grace have been my best experiences with a hygienist.
