Great overall experience despite needing an extraction......staff all extremely friendly and helpful ...... procedures fully explained before commencing......would definitely recommend. 👌

From start to finish both sessions were excellent. No long waiting times for appointments. Sessions started precisely on time and were conducted in a friendly and efficient manner. Clear and gobbledygook free explanations and commentary on every phase and at realistic cost.

Dr. Steed saw me on short notice (same day on a Saturday). I was on holiday in Dublin and chipped a tooth. He was thorough, polite and thoughtful. Charlotte the assistant was extremely cheerful and helpful as well. This felt more like "old fashioned care" rather than some of the modern dental practices that feel like retail stores.

Very professional and courteous service.

Friendly and professional. I asked the receptionist the last time I was there what I could find out about teeth whitening and she booked me in for a consultation. TBH - I think that information could have been delivered there and then by the receptionist or a follow up email. I live in Kildare town and came in for that consultation which could have been done over the phone. Not to worr, we live and learn!

I had my first appointment with Merrion Square Dental today.
From the time I stepped through the door until I left, I felt welcome by all the staff I met.
The waiting room is a very pleasant room.
I was seen punctually and my treatment was clearly explained at every stage.
I highly recommend Merrion Square Dental both for their professional expertise but also for their kind and caring attitude.

Best dental service. They explain everything in detail before they begin procedures and make sure you are comfortable and painfree . Would recommend 10/10

For a very long time I had a fear of going to the dentist. I tried different practices, but couldn't find one I could relate my fears to, or one that really wanted to listen or understand my feelings.
Then I found Barry Devanney, at Merrion Square Dental and haven't looked back since!
Barry has a wonderful, gentle nature about him as a dentist and always puts me at ease from the moment I step into the room. He explains everything to me and tells me exactly what he's doing as he working on my teeth.
If there's any drilling or work that he knows will unerve me, he puts on headphones over my ears with great music on to block out the noise!
Geraldine has such a friendly, kind, greeting for you once you walk into the reception that she immediately puts you at ease with her relaxing nature. She helps you if you need any assistance with paperwork or anything. She's a gem!
They are a brilliant team!
So its no wonder that I now have been going to Merrion Square Dental for a very long time and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I had reason to visit Merrion Square Dental again today as I needed a filling in a tooth that hadn't been filled before.
I wasn't looking forward to going as I knew what was ahead of me, but there's just something about the warmth of the greeting you get there! The minute I walked into reception there was the lovely, friendly, chatty Geraldine, I immediately relaxed. I sunk into one of the sofas in reception and before I knew it, the equally friendly, great personality of Barry was calling me into the dental room and soon he was explaining exactly what he was going to do and the earphones 🎧 were on me and he started working on the filling.
What seemed like only a few minutes he said 'all done' and I was finished, chatted more to both Barry and Geraldine on the way out and soon I was out the door on my way home, thinking to myself that they make such a wonderful team and how lucky I was to have found such a wonderful dental practice as Merrion Square Dental all those years ago and the proof is that I'm still going there to this day!
