Fantastic experience. Going to the dentist can be a stressful experience but as soon as you arrive you're warmly greeted by Antoinette in the front desk, which helps you to feel at ease form the very beginning.
Dr Shane and the dental nurse Martina were so great. I'm not a fan of dentist but they went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and was 100% aware and informed of what was happening during a tooth extraction procedure. The whole process was painless and fast.
I now look forward to continuing my dental hygiene treatment at this practice and with Dr. Shane and team.

Since the first step into the doors of Merrion Square Dental, it was experience - I never felt so welcome from the whole team there! Very good experience. This was my first visit to Merrion Square Dental after my previous dentist retired in 2024. I was very pleased both with my treatment. Patrick Steed and the whole team were super professional and a pleasure to deal with. Keep up the good work.

The first thing i was greeted with here was the friendly welcome from the reception who really made me feel relaxed. The appointment itself was brilliant. I was made to feel I was part of my own treatment and in the decision making. Even though I was not in the position to address my problem at that time the dentist did everything to make the pain more bearable and prescribe aftercare to hopefully see me through till I can resolve my issue. I will definitely be returning to Merion Dental for my extractions due to the professional manner and treatment. No one I'm sure likes working on Sunday's however they did not show this at all and made me feel at ease with my appointment. Great service and highly recommended.

I would highly recommend this dental practice, all staff receptionists, nurses, hygienists and dentist are very professional and helpful. The treatments are done in a very timely manner, everything is explained, and the experience is pain free.

ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE AT MERRION SQUARE DENTAL:
Attended for implant surgery on 11/11/25, wasn't looking forward to the experience, but under the calm and expert hands of Dental Surgeon Dr Paddy Steed, ably assisted by Dental Nurse Rocio, it was all completed in a little over an hour. I couldnt believe it! I can honestly say I felt no pain. The team takes time to explain everything beforehand and to answer questions fully, so nothing ever feels rushed. After the procedure, I was handed a 'goodie bag' with my necessary antibiotics and an oral rinse for the immediate aftercare.(Nice touch!). The welcome and banter with Megan Front of House Manager is always super friendly and reassuring and afterwards a caring word making sure I was feeling OK and ready for the journey home was much appreciated. Definitely a 5 Star experience all round. Highly recommend the service and care given at Merrion Square Dental.
