We brought our 1-year-old son for his very first dental check-up with Dr. Natalio at Shields Dental, and we had such a positive experience. Dr. Natalio made us feel very comfortable throughout the visit — gentle, reassuring, and clearly very knowledgeable. We were confident with his assessment and how he handled our little one with such care and patience.
The reception ladies were also very friendly and accommodating, making the whole visit smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend Shields Dental, especially for parents bringing their young kids for their first check-up!

I had an excellent experience at Shields Dental with Dr. Pierre for my wisdom tooth removal. From start to finish, everything was handled with the highest level of professionalism and care. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away.
Dr. Pierre explained the entire procedure clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt at ease before starting. The extraction itself was quick and surprisingly painless — I was amazed at how smoothly everything went. The aftercare instructions were clear. This has been my third extraction with him and couldn’t recommend him enough.
I truly appreciate the kindness, skill, and attention to detail from the entire team. If you’re looking for a dentist you can trust, especially for something as nerve-wracking as wisdom tooth removal, I highly recommend Shields Dental and Dr. Pierre!
