Personally I hate the dentist, really don't like it at all, but since going to this place I was relaxed and calm. I had a tooth removed and a x-ray, cost 310! Which I felt was kinda expensive for one tooth removed but experience going there was good, happy with the way I was treated and staff was very understanding, I didn't like the dentist over all.
Good place to go to just it's very pricey.

Emergency Appointment
The staff took such great care of me. I called as an emergency, I was very nervous and from the moment I arrived I was put at ease. I will continue my treatment with shields. The opening times are great as it does not effect my work when booking.

Implants
I paid in full for 4 implants over 11k and I had extra treatment done which was not discussed with me concerning the cost. I was told after the treatment that I had not enough money to finish the last 2 implants I had an extraction done on a tooth I had no problems with and it was replaced with an implant which I obviously didn’t need in the first place. I am very disappointed to be left in a situation where I cannot afford to pay any more for the remaining implants, plus to be given a price at the start which I paid in full with the understanding that I was getting 4 implants. I was giving a time frame of 8 months and I have only one implant fitted and I’m 15 months since I first had the consultation.

Very nice and I was very comfortable talking to the dentist as she listened to what I wanted done with my teeth and she gave me good advice on how to take care of my teeth, 100% happy coming home.

Invisalign Consultation
I had an Invisalign consultation this month with Robert, could not have been happier with my meeting with him. Great explanation on how the process works, how it will work for me and what to expect with an end result.
Treatment co-ordinator Gill was great to set this up for me and went through the process of appointments and finance with me. Very smooth process, very accommodating to my schedule. couldn't recommend Shields enough, speak with Gill & book with Robert, Highly recommend.
