My daughter who is 11 and who is extremely nervous with going to a dentist. Had an extraction with Dr Ahmed, he was extremely gentle, reassuring to her even down to rubbing her cheek and it just popped out, my daughter was never so happy and shocked that she didnt feel a thing. I highly recommend him and his nurse Saoirse was so kind and reassuring to her.

Consultation for dental work required
For someone with a total fear and phobia about dentists I cannot praise Shields staff enough. If I had met a dentist like Chris and the wonderful Kelly 40 years ago I could still quite possibly have a mouthful of my own teeth. At this stage of my life I don't think I will ever get comfortable with dental clinics but I know now I can face the work required knowing that I will find understanding, patience and kindness for future visits. I would advise anyone with fears like me to go and make an appointment with Sheilds immediately. You will be in expert, caring and understanding hands.

I want to share my excellent experience with Dental Shields Clinic.
I went there for a check and they found out straight away what the issue was and they litterly saved me from getting worse and worse. Went to many places in the past nobody really help me out like the doctor did. I would highly recommend the Dental Shields Clinic in Limerick.

Consultation re treatment
In fairness I got delayed on the Dock Road and was twenty minutes late, all waited for me, I did ring as soon as the traffic stopped to let them know the situation. They were all professional and understood the delay, I’m not sure I would have been as professional as I consider time important. I’ve only put in one star for the outcome as it made me answer questions and we are only currently talking about treatment.
