Dr. Beatrice is absolutely amazing. I’ve always been a nervous dental patient, but from the moment I met her, she made me feel completely at ease. Her calm, gentle approach and the way she explains everything so clearly really helped to calm my nerves. You can tell she genuinely cares — I never feel rushed or overlooked, and I always leave feeling reassured and well taken care of.
The reception staff at Shields Dental are just as fantastic. They’re always so accommodating, friendly, and helpful — whether it’s finding an appointment that suits my schedule or just offering a warm welcome when I arrive. They truly go above and beyond to make the whole experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Highly recommend Dr. Beatrice and the entire team — they’ve completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist! Thanks Áine H.

The staff at Shields are all friendly and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable and taken care of. Everything is clean and well kept. They always consider what we can and can't do in terms of costs and how to work with us. I've read the negative reviews and I can't say I've experienced any negative interactions. I can't speak to the pricing of some treatments since we have dental insurance. Worth the cost.
