I am a very anxious patient but Dr Cormac managed to make me feel completely at ease. He explained everything in detail and I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure. All of the staff are really helpful & friendly and very informative. I would highly recommend shields dental

I am an extremely nervous patient, i was so worried coming here after i broke a tooth, i needed a root canal and a crown and a filling, I was put at ease the minute i called , everyone was so nice . DR joseph was great to help ease my nerves, he talked me through the whole procedure, i am very happy with my crown .

I received excellent care from Shields dental clinic when I contacted them due to extreme pain! I was seen on an emergency basis which I was very grateful for at the time! The surgery, communication and follow up was all absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone and I will definitely continue to be a patient of Shield’s. My son has an extreme legitimate fear of going to the dentist from previous experiences with a public dentist. He has been going to Anne Marie now for over a year and I can only sing her praises. She has a lovely manner, kind, soft spoken and patient with him. I would recommend her to anyone. 5 stars from me!!!

Got my teeth cleaned today by Lenka and it was painless almost relaxing. I was expecting a worse experience and afterwards when I looked in the mirror I was very happy. Professional teeth cleaning job definitely recommend.

For a long time I had an awful fear of going to the dentists, I still had that fear the first time I went to shields but after 5 minutes of being in there I was completely at ease. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming, they help you with anything you need and will always accommodate you as best they can. Conor was my dentist and from start to finish on my treatments the professionalism and compassion shown by Conor was outstanding, he’s given me back my confidence and my smile and I can’t thank him enough! If it hasn’t been for Conor and the rest of the staff at Shields Dental I would never have gotten my teeth fixed so I would definitely recommend them to anyone that’s looking for a dentist 😊

Recently had to visit Shields Dental for some intense work which was undertaken bravely by Cormac (my teeth are very sensitive & have allergies to some of the injections), my comfort was of the highest priority at all times. If you have medical allergies/sensitivity/fear - definitely speak to Cormac.

Would it be odd to say I rather enjoyed my dental treatment? As the daughter of a dentist, i had been avoiding going to see one since my father retired 8 years ago. I'm very pleased to have taken the plunge with a very gentle, professional team. My kids liked going too, and wanted to come with me to see the dentist again when I was going back for treatment!
