I had an exceptional experience at Shields Dental. The staff is amazing, especially the very kind and calming dentist who made me feel at ease as a nervous patient. The treatment coordinator was wonderful, and the front house team was incredibly helpful. Overall, a top-notch dental clinic.

Recently went to get my tooth pulled and I couldn't of been more at ease . My dentist natasha explained everything and was very professional the way she did everything. Really got me over my fear of going. A 100%excellent job. And even male a follow up phone call to see how you are doing. Thanks again .

I phoned 4 dental practices in Limerick to make an appt for my daughter a student in Limerick. I found Shields dental practice in st Circular rd the most professional and obliging organising an appt.
Cleo, and Karen amazing in organising a speedy apt.

I had an emergency and was quickly attended to, they even took care to provide a dentist who spoke Portuguese so that the information would be clear to me. I had to have my wisdom teeth removed and the dentist Dimitrios and assistant Maria were excellent, very friendly, they calmed me down and answered all my doubts, in addition to the fact that I had a peaceful post-operative period due to the job well done.

Excellent service
The clinic is very professional. I was impressed by the receptionists, the spacious reception area. There was no delay in my appointment. The surgeries appear to have the latest in equipment. I did need to spend a lot of money, but I spread the appointments over 5 months, and I am extremely pleased with the results. I particularly found the anaesthetic very effective, which was a relief! I only felt an initial prick when the needle was inserted and felt nothing else while a very old filling was removed and a crown placed.

I attended a routine appointment recently for a check-up and a clean. I was a little nervous but the staff were amazing from the moment I walked through the door to the moment I sat in the examination chair to when I needed to schedule my treatment plan. I couldn't recommend it enough.

The reception staff were lovely. I had to wait 45 minutes to be seen. The lady I saw didn't do my filling correctly she left it too raised so I had to go to another dentist to get the height reduced so I could eat properly. Not overly happy.
