I have been a customer of Dr Paul McEvoy since forever (1992). As a person he is a wonderful human being, as a professional, he is the best you could ask for. But it was the new guy that did my implant, Michael I think it's his name. I have to say that he also is a great professional and however he did what he did I had no bad consequences or reactions to the procedure whatsoever. I would advise anyone that has a mouth problem to contact this dental practice to get perfectly fixed and taken care of.

My check-up was carried out by Dr McEvoy in his usual kind and efficient manner.

I am very satisfied with the outcome but less with the process of evaluation and provision of information. In terms of outcome, I experienced no pain at any point and the process went smoothly over six months. The results were perhaps better than I expected. I am a long-time patient for many decades so I know the practice well. I was also particularly well self-informed in approaching the decision. I imagine anyone not so well informed might not have been aware of what they were getting into, what the choices were, how much the costs would be and the lack of any diagrammatic or written information. I thought there should have been a chart or diagram provided in advance showing exactly what was taking place in the mouth and where. There should also have been a written note with what could be expected in terms of each stage, the gaps in between and the overall length of time and likely outcome. Most importantly there should have been a written quotation. All of this information could be hedged with caveats and qualifications but I do feel it is necessary to provide confidence to patients entering a new, possibly painful and long or extended set of dental procedures, the outcome of which might go wrong could affect appearance and is definitely expensive.

I had a thorough examination and investigation by Dr Koukoulis, followed by a general review with Dr. McEvoy. All the options and risks were fully explained, and am happy they assisted me to the best decision for treatment in the months and years ahead.

You have a great practice.
In particular Claudagh is my favourite hygienist ever.
