Was attended to as soon as I arrived. I have some concern about a couple of skin formations and asked the dentist to have a look. He did and said that they looked fine. Then on to a teeth cleaning. Excellent.

This is the prima facie of where I think of when I think ‘dental checkup’. Completely friendly and amazing staff that display the highest emotional intelligence and active listening and make you feel comfortable whilst you are there. Dentist Ciara is such a star. The gentleman, Mr Ali, at this location is simply the best dentist I’ve ever encountered in all my visits to dentists. Informed me of any possible alternatives and listened to whatever question I have to him — leaving me more knowledgable and without any sense of lacking when I left.

Attended Dr Ali G for scale and polish. Quick, professional and in my case an honest assessment of where my gums are at due to my negligence regarding routine scale and polishing. Needed to hear it and glad l finally went.

Made feel welcome and cared for.

We are just back from our visit to our Dentist in North City Dental and as always Ciara & and the staff made it such a comfortable experience. Ciara has such a way of relaxing you and treating you that we usually leave wondering why we were so anxious before the appointment. Thank you again Ciara.

I had a dental appointment today 7/09/26. The dentist cleaned my teeth first & then extracted a top wisdom tooth. Both the dentist & dental nurse were very friendly & pleasant. I felt very relaxed & comfortable during my appointment.

Exceptional Dental Practice.
While being a relatively new patient at North City Dental for the past 3 months, & having had numerous procedures from same- Wisdom tooth extraction, fillings, scaling, deep cleaning, Cosmetic bonding, I cannot recommend this team of professionals enough!
Dr Ciara is a most solid principal lead & runs a seamless tight ship.
A years long wisdom tooth extraction was handled with the most swift, drama free expertise by Dr Ciara.
No nonsense ability mixed with a warmth & human touch is what makes North City Dental a stand out facility, unlike conveyor belt practices so prevalent nowadays, outsourcing treatments to partnerships far & wide incurring extra expense and losing the chain of information among practitioners.
This whole team seem to operate as a Unit of professionalism, super focused on patient care.
From the front house team Rian, Iris, Lia which always meet with smiles & assurance, to Marciel, Amanda and even Dr Piermichele (whom I have not had personal procedures from but who directed my appointment further during a busy period)
This was very telling, as the Surgeons themselves seemed grounded in patient care and not above helping out at reception.
Dr Ali as Cosmetic Surgeon is a true master of his craft, an artist.
The treatment rooms themselves are Pristine, operating theatre standard of hygiene, comfortable and welcoming.
I highly recommend a visit to North City Dental for ANY issue teeth related. These guys are unbeatable IMHO.
