I’m satisfied with the care
I had a tooth extraction done at North City Dental. The staff were professional, friendly, and made me feel at ease throughout the process. The clinic was clean and well-organised, and everything was explained clearly before the procedure. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the extraction itself was quite painful, even though the team did their best to make it as comfortable as possible. Overall, I’m satisfied with the care I received and would return for future dental treatments.

Absolutely amazing. So nervous going as terrified. Ciara was so amazing. Really calmed me with a stressed lama which I found funny but it really helped me. Would definitely recommend this practice 100%

So calm and welcoming
As a petrified woman attending a dentist in over 30 years I was pleased that everyone was so calm and welcoming. Lots to get done but no recriminations were made, just an understanding of school dental experiences of the 60's and 70's

They were able to give me an appointment for the same day that I called them. All of the staff were very pleasant and courteous and the dentist explained the required treatment very well.
