Very happy with my treatment by both dentists and dental assistants that attended to me.
One criticism is that I should have been supplied with an antibiotic and pain killers as my treatment went on later than normal so I could not access a chemist to fill the prescription

Delighted with the service
Delighted with my clean which was provided by a dentist as my appointment booked months before with the hygienist was cancelled due to the health of my hygienist. My appointment was pre-booked because of my daughter's wedding so I was delighted that an alternative appointment was offered. The dentist was so kind and so gentle, the cleaning turned out to be a reasonably pleasant experience and the check-up discovered some additional dental work I need doing which would have been missed if I’d had my original hygienist appointment only so I’m delighted with the service.

Let me begin by saying, I like many others have a "fear" of going to a dentist, that said I have had quite a few visits to Shields in Roscrea. I found the whole experience very positive, atmosphere very relaxed, no rushing the patient. Daniel was my dentist, a gentleman and extremely professional. Each step was explained in detail & repeated if necessary. Thank you both to the receptionist, to the Dental nurse assisting Daniel & also to Daniel for his patience.
