Delighted with the service
Delighted with my clean which was provided by a dentist as my appointment booked months before with the hygienist was cancelled due to the health of my hygienist. My appointment was pre-booked because of my daughter's wedding so I was delighted that an alternative appointment was offered. The dentist was so kind and so gentle, the cleaning turned out to be a reasonably pleasant experience and the check-up discovered some additional dental work I need doing which would have been missed if I’d had my original hygienist appointment only so I’m delighted with the service.

Let me begin by saying, I like many others have a "fear" of going to a dentist, that said I have had quite a few visits to Shields in Roscrea. I found the whole experience very positive, atmosphere very relaxed, no rushing the patient. Daniel was my dentist, a gentleman and extremely professional. Each step was explained in detail & repeated if necessary. Thank you both to the receptionist, to the Dental nurse assisting Daniel & also to Daniel for his patience.

I felt so safe and comfortable
From start to finish I felt so well looked after from the girls at the Desk to the Nurses leading you to your treatment. Dentist Ester was highly professional and explained everything so well on my procedure. I felt so safe and comfortable.
