Serious complaint
Only for Terry in Roscrea I would be left in serious pain. I had the misfortune of going to see two other dentists in your practice which left me in very bad pain. One which left a filling, which did not need to go in in the first place, far too high. The next dentist in your practice also failed to answer the height correctly. I went through 6 weeks of hell. No thanks to the butchers in your practice.

All so friendly
I went with Shields Dental for Invisalign after seeing two orthodontists in different (closer) practices - 1st said I wasn’t a candidate at all and the 2nd gave me only the option to remove a front bottom tooth in order to successfully straighten my teeth. After reading online reviews I went with Shields which was a good distance away but I am so so glad I did! Dr Raksha was fantastic and took the time to explain the treatment options available to me. I was a candidate for Invisalign in the end and even though I had bad overcrowding in my bottom teeth and slight overcrowding on top - they are now perfectly straight (without removing a front tooth). The staff are all so friendly and it doesn’t have that clinical cold feel many dental practices have. Would definitely recommend Dr Raksha and Shields Dental.
