Thank you so much for arranging an emergency appointment for my daughter today at such a short notice. Cannot thank you enough as family we have visited Stepaside Dental previously as well no disappointments very kind polite in their approach .
Dr Hamid was amazing he patiently listened to our concerns took his time to explain everything at every step didn’t rush at all - this emergency appointment gave our daughter so much relief and peace of mind to us.
And a big shout out to the young lady at reception very very polite and jovial. Kind regards Tanu

I cannot recommend enough. I am an extremely fearful patient who suffers with anxiety at even the thought of sitting in a dentists chair. I had completely neglected my teeth as a result of this fear. I then decided to make the change and make an appointment for a checkup. Tom was my dentist who was so understanding of my fears and gave me all the time I needed to settle in before taking a look at my teeth. Tom is amazing, he is very knowledgeable, reassuring and will make you feel very comfortable. After my checkup we then came up with a treatment plan that would work for me and I started my treatment yesterday. I cannot thank Tom enough for the amazing work he did. He couldn’t have done anything better. I left the dentist so emotional as the results were better than I could have ever expected. Stepaside Dental have taken me from an extremely fearful patient to someone who feels comfortable with going from now on with no concerns or anxiety. I’ll be back in 3 weeks to continue my treatment and am so excited. I would recommend stepaside Dental to anyone 🙂

I avoided following up on a check up to the point I could no longer put treatments off . Having just had treatment I don’t know why I got so anxious. My visit lasted an hour , I was nervous but only for the first few moments.I told the dentist I was nervous and he acknowledged it and I felt made a conscious effort to explain his plan of care in a kind manner . I did not feel a thing and do have to return but will do so with a lot less anxiety. Thank you .

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Mohamed Hamid.I did Root canal treatment.He explained all the treatment significantly. and he did a great job. I felt that I was in good hands.The front desk staff are friendly and very welcoming.

Polite, clean, professional, welcoming and extremely accommodating.
I cannot recommend this dental practice enough. I see Alla who is amazing and puts you at such ease. Yasmin the dental nurse couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating toward my 8 month old daughter(who joined me on my visit).
My son is 11 and sees the children’s dentist Emma who is beyond words - she’s a whole experience in herself, my son now loves the dentist and has lost all fear.
There’s a great team in Stepaside dental - Gerardo is so welcoming and friendly.
100% recommendation from me.

New patient at stepaside dental. Had a prsi exam, scale and polish with Dr Mohammad Hamid and couldn’t fault it. All the staff are very nice and friendly. It was really easy to book and check eligibility and very efficient, also do evening appointments and had lots of availability which was great. The exam was very throughout and gentle and both dentist and nurse were very lovely, polite and informative. Highly recommend

I,like many people, had fallen into bad dental practices during lockdown. My dentist had retired and I needed to find someone new. I found Stepaside Dental online and sent off an email requesting an appointment. Within minutes I was called back on phone , and was briefed on everything. On my arrival the first appointment I was warmly greeted at reception, and was put at ease by my new dentist. I felt respected ,not talked down to ,even though my teeth were in a bad state ,and a plan was put in place. The plan was printed out and costed in advance and, although it seemed alot ,when I broke it down it all made sense. I am so happy with the work done , the phonecalls to say dentist may be running late so delay before coming in. Everyone is so friendly, polite and Covid aware. I highly recommend Stepaside Dental!

Cannot recommend better 😁 I have had a fantastic experience with Dr Clodagh ! I required relatively extensive treatment due to past issues that went on for some weeks but every visit she was wonderful ! She was very honest and easy to talk to , both super important when aimng for the best outcome ! I am so happy with my results I got a bit tearful ha 😁 A friend recommended Stepaside Dental to me and I would 110% pass on the same with utter confidence 🙌🏻 Everyone there made the entire experience great , thank you all !

After many years of fears of going to a dentist I decided to give it another ago and I'm glad i did. Stepaside Dental made the whole process very easy and been very nervous with needles, Clodagh went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and explained every step before she proceeded.
