I Came to see Mark Rogers on Sunday at smilehub Bayside as id been in extreme pain for over 24 hours and my own dentist wouldn’t see me out of hours. Mark was very welcoming and found what the problem was and gave me options to fix it. Having decided to have said problem tooth extracted Mark made me feel very comfortable and at ease with what he was doing and got the job done leaving me pain free. I would highly recommend smilehub in the future. Thankyou!

The service I received was excellent. All the staff were attentive and friendly. I would like to thank each and every one of them.

Very poor administration. I was referred to the clinic by my dentist only to have a CBCT scan. I have a poor command of English, so I had a long correspondence with the clinic by email before the visit. On the day of the visit, I informed the receptionist first. When I was invited to the doctor's office, I also informed the doctor of the following information, verbatim "My doctor sent you referral only for scan of the left mandibular region. But I would like to have a whole mouth scan, because I have implants on both sides". After that, I was asked to sit in the chair for an examination. Since I am not a doctor, I assumed that perhaps a preliminary examination was necessary for the CBCT scan. However, immediately after the examination, the doctor started cleaning my teeth. These services were not discussed with me in advance, they are not in our correspondence or in the referral from my doctor. I also did not know the price of these services. So I received two additional services that I did not order and spent 200 euros more than I planned. This funny situation cost me dearly. I really hope that this is poor administration and not a tactic to increase income.

I had a Scale and Polish with Dr. Annie and she was super gentle and really took her time with making sure I was pain free.
