I couldn’t recommend this clinic more. Dr. Ian was absolutely amazing, did everything he could to make me comfortable. I had to return after emergency treatment and the staff were amazing, fit me in straight away and Dr. Ian did everything to help me.

I had an appointment on Sunday with Dr Mark Rogers as I had very bad toothache & needed it looked at urgently.
I went online at 3am on Sunday morning & I found the process so streamlined & I got my appointment for 12.30pm on Sunday.
When I arrived early, the receptionist said they would see if they could get me in a bit earlier depending on Dr Rogers previous appointment & the receptionist was very nice & helpful & assured me it would be ok.
When I got to meet Dr Rogers & his assistant I was blown away by their care & professional manner in how they explained all the options.
Following this discussion it was agreed following the X-ray to extract the defending tooth & this was completed with expert precision.
I am now pain free after this procedure & I want to thank Dr Rogers & his assistant for the fantastic care they took of me over that hour as I have an underlying medical issue & they made me feel so safe in their hands
I would highly recommend Dr Rogers & his team to anybody that has dental issue

Had to book an emergency appointment at 22.00 , got an appointment for 7.30 the following morning . Friendly and very helpful staff. Did everything they could to help and resolve the issue

Mark and his team were lovely in treating my 10 year old son who got a knock to his tooth while playing football

Fantastic prompt friendly and professional service

Called in last minute for emergency and took me in the next day. I’m nervous and absolutely dealt with it excellent!

I was in on the 4th due to pain in the mouth and jaw. I spent 178 euro for my appointment and prescription. Dentist stated I had an ulcer due to a premolar growing on my upper jaw but couldn’t explain the swelling on my neck and pain when swallowing. She seemed unsure herself and did an xray. She stated X-rays were clear which is great and prescribed antibiotics due to the swelling and gave me antibiotics ulcer cream. As she seems uncertain and also confused herself, I asked her should I see a doctor and she said yes if I don’t improve. This left me feeling confused and uncertain what was actually wrong.

I then started antibiotics and two days later wasn’t improving. I went to an emergency doctor and he stated I had a joint issue in my mouth with inflammation and that was causing pain and swelling. No ulcer was present at all and my teeth weren’t an issue. He also gave me stronger antibiotics and stated I might need to go to a specialist if it doesn’t improve.

Overall I am very upset that the dentist didn't provide me with guidance and recommend I see a doctor as she couldn’t see it was a dental issue as no ulcer was present and I was struggling to open my jaw fully without pain. I feel as though the antibiotics were prescribed without a full work up.
I am aware she couldn’t diagnose me with an injury but I feel like a lack of guidance was provided. I don’t usually complain but I do struggle with anxiety and have been in pain the last few days struggling. I am also in the healthcare sector myself.

I attended last evening and am very happy with my results. Dr. D. Zhang worked very efficiently and thoroughly while being very sensitive and caring about my needs. Both he and his nurse were professional and kind. Thank you both.
