Appointment
Horrible!! I booked my first appointment to clean my teeth only with some lady, and when I arrived there it was another guy. Lol. Then he wasn't explaining things, just told me seat on the chair and did something really fast (I assume cleaning but not so sure) and next thing after this they handed me a mirror and a wet wipe (I laughed) to see the results and my face was all dirty and white for the polishing or whatever. Horrible. Had to go home and change my t shirt too.
Not mentioning that I had to wait for over 40 minutes after my appointment time.
I'm not saying it's a bad clinic, it looks nice and clean, but I Just wasn't lucky to find the right person. Hahahaha

I had an appointment yesterday at 13 noon. Waited for 90mins and had to reschedule my appointment. It will be appreciated if patient is kept informed of the delays and provide a new appointment time.

Had an emergency appointment sunday when I suffered an injury to my front crown, resulting in it falling out a day before an important wedding. The dentist took a through look and straight up told me the tooth wasn't savable and needed out. Given I had this wedding the next day he suggested he could do his best to stick the crown in place only for this purpose. He couldn't guarantee it would last and let me make the decision. I decided to go with it back in and he did a great job. Not only has it lasted the whole wedding it's now Friday morning and I still have it in my mouth while awaiting an appointment to sort this with my local dentist. Every extra day i get I feel happy as my appointment is not until 19/06. Smile hub were friendly from the moment I called. Accommodated me and the whole place was v professional and clean. Would recommend 100%
