Appointment
Had appointment for today, Sunday 15.3.26 at 10.30am, as I was in pain and was left sitting there still an hour later at 11.30am. Clearly other people walked in after me and were seen before me. I asked the receptionist why this was and she didn’t know. So I left and won’t be back. Very bad service to leave someone waiting over an hour after your appointment time.

Been going to Dr Laura for around 2/3 years. One testament I’ll give is the last 2 fillings I had she had said expect sensitivity for 6 weeks. Not a bit of pain from the day after appointment. She is really an expert in her field. So gentle and welcoming. Would also recommend the hygienist she is absolutely brilliant , no pain during a cleaning. All the receptionists and assistants are brilliant cannot fault the practice. 10/10

Smile Hub Dental Clinic
It felt extremely rushed, no pleasantries for an already slightly anxious person going to see a dentist they had never met. Mixed messages about completing the form and then having limited time. Was unable to get out of the chair when asked to complete the form as there were so many obstacles. I was tearful in the chair and dentist didn’t even notice (first time I have ever felt like this). I will not be going here again.

Appointment
At my last visit the dentist booked me in to see him in six months and advised I can change the date if that didn’t suit closer to the time. I phoned last week to change it to 10.30 this morning. I waited and was seen by a hygienist at 11.00. I didn’t particularly want or need a clean but I did need to discuss an issue with the dentist. Due to time constraints and the delays which are constant at this clinic I left without a clean or exam after being there for 40 minutes and having organised a child minder.
