Appointment
I waited 1 hour for my 3 o clock appointment. Got seen to at 4. Got an x ray and was told I needed a filling. Said I could get one that day at 5.30 by the girl. I then waited and waited until nearly 8 o'clock. I was told then I was next and another customer was called. I was fuming and I walked out. I’m never going back there. The girl never called me back to apologise and I have got a lot of work there before. And it’s expensive. Too expensive if you ask me. You have too many appointments and people are waiting far too long. I was there for nearly 5 hours. It’s ridiculous. I’m never going back that’s for sure.

Emergency appointment
Shocking service, appointment booked or 1pm. (Not emergency) called by dentist finally 2:30pm. Staff on desk so rude and unhelpful, an emergency appointment should not be booked if there are other bookings. Or one dentist should be allocated emergencies only. Won’t be back.
