The Dentist I saw was absolutely brilliant. I'm a nervous patient, he explained everything and stopped regularly to check I was ok, absolutely brilliant Dentist. The wait was very long, appointment at 5pm not called until 6.10pm, so anxiety was high

First time going here and really impressed. My partner and my daughter also attended recently too and we both commented how gentle, supportive and calming they were (let's face it, going to the dentist is intimidating). They didn't seem to be trying to push treatments that are not needed (experienced elsewhere) and it feels like a treatment plan you can trust in. Reception staff are super friendly too. All round a great experience.
Update: just finished a course of treatments, focused on deep cleaning in x4 sessions(×4 quadrants) and im just as satisfied as when I first left this review.

The dentist was very professional and competent. I experience a lot of anxiety attending dental appointments and shared this with the dentist. I would have liked an acknowledgement of what I shared and an offer on how I could be helped during the session to help ease my anxiety.

Appointment
Horrible!! I booked my first appointment to clean my teeth only with some lady, and when I arrived there it was another guy. Lol. Then he wasn't explaining things, just told me seat on the chair and did something really fast (I assume cleaning but not so sure) and next thing after this they handed me a mirror and a wet wipe (I laughed) to see the results and my face was all dirty and white for the polishing or whatever. Horrible. Had to go home and change my t shirt too.
Not mentioning that I had to wait for over 40 minutes after my appointment time.
I'm not saying it's a bad clinic, it looks nice and clean, but I Just wasn't lucky to find the right person. Hahahaha
