Previous experiences with dentists made me terrified and nervous and I avoided them at all costs. Until last night when I had to make an emergency appointment. The service was amazing. I was so nervous but the care, understanding and compassion shown were brilliant. For the first time ever I want to go back to the dentist! Thanks and more to Laura and Barbara for everything and for changing my life!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. iPads for completion of forms, doing their bit to save the planet. Dental team were very professional and worked with our 2yr old on his first visit, accommodated us while trying to get his tooth seen to.

My experience
Scale and polish appointment.
Asked Dr next dental plan, reply - see you in 6 months. No discussion of referral to specialist until I got an email. Poor communication should have been discussed at appointment.
