Thoughtful and helpful
Brilliant experience, very thoughtful and helpful in all that they do! Everyone is very friendly from the receptionist staff to the dentists and nurses. Overall 10/10 and very happy with my experience at Smile Hub

Appointment
Haven’t had a problem before, usually very fast. But I was waiting one hour 45 minutes for my appointment. With no communication
I went to the front counter after about an hour.
Would have been nice to have been updated and let know that there was a delay.

I was in pain. I called in an emergency on a Saturday and they gave me an appointment same day. Very pleased with the service. The dentist was very knowledgable and explained everything to me.
This was my first experience of this clinic and I am very satisfied.

Replacement filling
Today I had a replacement filling performed with minimal discomfort to me. Dr Mark Rodgers did the procedure quickly and carefully and I was delighted when he said he would see me for my annual check up next year. Many thanks.

I had to visit the clinic in Sutton last night for an emergency extraction, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. From the moment I arrived, the team was kind, calm, and professional, which made a stressful situation so much easier to handle.
A special thank you to Vanessa, the dentist who treated me — she was absolutely brilliant. She explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and the procedure itself was far smoother than I expected. Her skill and reassuring manner really made all the difference.
Today I’m feeling so much better, and I truly appreciate the excellent care. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone, especially if you’re nervous or dealing with a dental emergency.

Michelle was a superstar. I am a very bad patient and it was a very tough tooth extraction but she took me in on a Saturday night and looked after me extremely well. She was very caring and clear about the steps that needed to be taken and she let my husband stay by my side the whole time.

Appointment
I recently visited Smile Hub for an extraction. It was a walk in emergency.
Overall great experience except for the cost. I understand that I had an xray and also a quick exam but €450 for an extraction is very expensive and overpriced.
