Appointment
Pathetic, unprofessional and disappointing.
Had an appointment at 10am and was taken in at 10:19 and was done by 10:28. Literally 9 mins. I was booked in for air polish and scaling.
It seemed like the doctor was in a rush. When I asked about such a quick check, her reply baffled me, saying that the stains are at the back of my teeth and that should be grand.
Also I was asked several times about PRSI even though I said I would pay in full. Seems like I was judged to be dependant on PRSI and unable to pay in full.
What a waste though. Paid 100 euro for 9 mins.

Had an emergency dental issue and was able to book an appointment online very quickly and easily. The following morning, Dr. Wong communicated everything clearly, helping me understand the treatment required and the plan going forward.
A very efficient and reassuring experience. Much appreciated.
