Whilst it was expensive and I was in pain the dentist did her best with my fear of the drill on exposed nerves. Once I had the funds she did the job there and then which saved the tooth. She warned me it could be a temporary job and they were fair. I feel that for sensitive teeth better flow of water control would be the only thing that could be improved but I have scored 10 on sensitive gums and teeth. I did appreciate being seen the next day and the job done straight away to save the tooth and when it was painful she found a way round it so grateful. Quite skilled with a good assistant.

Very good communication
I had a positive experience. I received very good communication from the dentist, Erin. I had a broken tooth in need of some repair. She advised me on the range of options open to me, and I chose a filling with the understanding of what the various options entailed. I hadn’t been to the dentist in several years and I’d choose this practice again on the basis of this positive experience.
If I had one complaint, and it’s a tiny one; the music in the waiting area was like a rock music station. A bit of a relaxed light classical music vibe might be calmer. But that’s only a small observation on what was overall a good experience.
