I genuinely couldn’t speak highly enough about the whole team. They are so far ahead of my previous dental practice it’s incredible. Highly recommend for any dental procedure.

Very professional and friendly

The dental team was very professional and friendly. I needed an emergency procedure and aside from doing an excellent job, the dentist was calm and non-judgemental. I would recommend Smile Hub to friends and family.

Empathy for my phobia

Very friendly customer centred experience. Very focused on making a very nervous customer feel at ease. One concern is the need to attend in person to arrange follow on treatment dates. Can follow on treatment dates with sedation be arranged over the phone or at the previous dental appointment? When working this would make it easier to attend appointments and to get time off work if the follow on treatment could be booked when on site. Just a suggestion. Overall I am building confidence around attending the dentist which is an enormous achievement for me and down to the expertise and kindness of Dr Fee. Can’t thank you enough. Looking forward to having all my dental work completed, thanks to your empathy for my phobia and your expertise.
