I am a very nervous patient but was in agony with a badly decaying tooth so I rang for an emergency appointment at 8.30am on a Sunday and was seen at 10.30am that same morning. Michelle was absolutely fantastic, she calmed me down, took things slowly, gave great advise and was so understanding. It has been by far my most positive dental experience. Thanks Michelle for looking after me and reducing my fear.
-----------------------------------------------------Once again I had to make emergency appointment for yesterday at 8.45pm on 24/05/24. I was in severe pain as an abscess had formed over my decaying tooth. I am such a nervous patient that I was going to opt for IV sedation for the extraction procedure but Michelle put me at ease and promised me enough local anaesthetic to numb area that I wouldn't feel extraction. And she was true to her word. It was completely pain free. Slight discomfort afterwards when anaesthetic wore off but after taking Neurofen, I slept through the night and woke next morning completely pain free. Michelle has definitely lessened my fear of dentists and I will be attending regularly now for check ups and not just when in pain or discomfort. Thank you so much Michelle and team, you are miracle workers !
