I had a great experience with Erin, she was very informative from my initial appointment with what my options were for dental fillings and what would have the best results.
She was very gentle and I would highly recommend her and the practice.

Frustrating experience with appointment changes. Booked with a specific practitioner, got a reminder call, but wasn't told they'd be unavailable due to illness until I arrived. Happened before; raised it, but still not getting notified of changes. If staff are unavailable, a quick heads-up would save customers inconvenience. Please update customers promptly if changes happen in future, as this saves everyone’s time and avoids frustration and gives clarity to your customers. Please take this onboard going forward as this has been a recurring issue since I started attending Smile and if continues will consider changing practice. It is a simple ask.
