Overall great experience, I got a Saturday appointment that many places can't do. I was met by Dyana and Joanna at the Reception, they were extremly friendly an professional. I waited only a little while to see Shauna, who did my dental hygiene. I would recommend this place.

I can't thank or recommend Dr. Laura Fee enough. I got my wisdom tooth removed 4 days ago and I was absolutely terrified going in. Dr. Laura put me at ease and couldn't have been nicer. I was in literal shock at how fast and pain free the procedure was. I spent more time worrying in the waiting room then I did getting the tooth actually removed. For someone who was so scared of the procedure I really couldn't believe how quick and painless it actually was. Of course there was some pain afterward when I returned home but correct pain relief and antibiotics were prescribed with detailed aftercare printed out. I couldn't fault the whole Smile Hub team. Excellent service. Thank you Dr. Laura Fee!

Dr. Laura Fee took my dental emergency same day (Sunday) on the Bank Holiday weekend even though I wasn't their patient. I am so grateful for the kind, patient, prompt, transparent and professional support that I received today from Dr. Fee and her staff.I don't know how I would have coped without their help.

My first visit took place at Smile Hub Dental Clinic last Friday at 7.30 a.m. The Clinic lived up to its name (Smile) at that very early hour with the kind welcome from Lucy. The necessary forms were completed efficiently and quickly. In no time Daniel, the Dentist, emerged to greet me and lead me into the location where the work would be done. Maria, the Assistant, had the same reassuring manner as Lucy. My problem was unusual (for me at least) but Daniel sorted it out smartly ... spelling out the possible lines of action and finally settling on a particular approach with my agreement. All went well. After nearly an hour, which passed painlessly, Daniel led me back to the reception. Once again, Lucy moved in and gave me an appointment in three weeks at 7.30 a.m. This eighty-one-year-old looks forward to showing up without fear or anxiety. Michael Duffy
