I hadn't been here before and am terrified of the dentist in general but it was actually okay, the receptionist is lovely, I was called in 15 minutes or so after arrival which was great because there's nothing worse than being left there in pain. I needed a wisdom tooth extraction. Alison the woman who extracted the tooth was so upbeat and friendly and immediately put me at ease, the other dentist who numbed me was very lovely and friendly also but I cant remember her name, sorry. The only negative I have and why I didn't give a full five stars is that they didn't use the water pump after I was numbed so I felt like I was drowning in my own saliva which made me panic and I was crying and heaving and gagging. I think the water pump is an absolute necessity for nervous patients and it was done for me before as standard elsewhere. It's a really horrible feeling. Other than that everything was good, staff were excellent, place is absolutely spotless aswel.

I had an extraction done by Ciaran last week and I was instantly put as ease from the moment I walked in. I would be a very nervous patient normally but he explained everything in detail and I felt very relaxed. I am going back to Ciaran in 4 weeks for a full examination and a clean which I’ve been putting off for years. Would highly recommend.

Got an emergency appointment on Sunday evening as I was in a lot of pain, the staff couldn't have been nicer which made me feel at ease as like a lot of people I'm not a fan of the dentist. Alison was the dentist who treated me, she couldn't of been nicer. I had to get a tooth removed which wasn't nice but she made my experience a whole lot easier.

I was in work on Saturday and when eating my lunch half of my tooth fell out, as it being a Saturday I thought I’d have to wait till Monday. I googled dentists open on a Saturday and to my delight Smile Hub came up as open 7 days a week, 12 hours a day which is an excellent service. We I was called in and to my surprise there stood Dr. Laura Fee whom had worked on my teeth in another dental practice I used. I was so happy to see her because she was the best dentist that I’d ever had work on my teeth.

Now because of Laura the Dental hub have a new loyal customer.

A highly recommended dental practice.

Needed urgent appt as fractured my tooth night before on popcorn.. Got appt @11:15 with no problems. Dr Michael was great, reassuring and took care of my tooth very quickly. Lots of good advices and understanding for a nervous wreck like me. Highly recommend!

Just been in with Abigail the dental hygienist at Smile Dental Hub in Bayside. She is really excellent, explaining everything clearly as she works away on teeth and gums. Also showed me the proper way to floss which I should be doing but wasn't! Top class

I went to Smile Hub for the first time and it was an amazing experience, I went for a general check with Doctor Eamonn and was such a kind doctor, explained me the treatment that I have to get and he was super. I’ll recommend it 100% to go to the clinic. The girls at reception they were absolutely friendly and the nurses where cleaning and disinfecting everything to make sure everything was spotless. Will love to back with my family and friends.
