I brought my 5-year-old daughter here today for an emergency visit and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I called around 11:30 in the morning and got an appointment for 1:30, just two hours later. We arrived a few minutes late but were still seen right away, with less than five minutes of waiting.
Dr. Ruth Clarke was incredibly kind, professional, and clearly very skilled. She did an X-ray, explained everything in detail, made a treatment plan, and prescribed what was needed. My daughter felt completely at ease, which says a lot.
The receptionist, Anastasia, was also fantastic. Friendly, patient, and very helpful. The whole place feels welcoming and well organized.
The fee was 100 euro, which I think is more than fair for an emergency visit on a Saturday, especially with the X-ray included.
I genuinely recommend Smile Hub to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, and caring dental clinic.

I recently had a check-up at the Sutton Smile Hub clinic with Dr. Bishoy Wanis, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
He immediately put me at ease from the moment I walked into the examination room. I recently had treatment for an ongoing medical condition, which we spoke in depth about, and together we were able to make a clear plan for the next steps of my dental care.
Dr. Wanis also has a very pleasant bedside manner and truly made what is often a dreaded appointment an enjoyable experience.
I would highly recommend Dr. Wanis to anyone attending the Sutton Smile Hub dental clinic.
