Dr Eleni and Dr Andrea were both very professional. Dr Andrea explained the plan of treatment for my gums. If you have a dental emergency they are also open on the weekends. They take a deposit of €15 for online booking and make sure to get your PRSI sorted if you have one, its not always approved and you might end up paying the full amount

While my experience with the dentist was absolutely amazing. There was clearly an issue with the branch or staffing on the day. My appointment was for 5:20pm and I was still there at 8pm. They are not usually like this but on this occasion it was not a pleasant visit.

Really disappointing service.

I waited two hours to be seen by the dentist, only to leave feeling like I had no more information or guidance than when I arrived.

I had several questions about having my wisdom tooth removed, especially as I have never had a tooth removed before and wanted to understand what the procedure would actually involve and what the process would be. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get a straight answer. I was simply told that it was “just a normal extraction,” without any explanation of what that meant or what I should expect.

When I asked whether the tooth should be removed and what the dentist would recommend, I was repeatedly told that it was “up to you.” I understand that ultimately the decision is mine, but I was looking for professional advice and guidance to help me make an informed decision.

I left the appointment with no clear answers, no resolution and no real understanding of what I should do next.

Considering I waited two hours and paid €100 for the consultation, I found the experience extremely disappointing and feel that I received very little from the appointment.
