I had a really positive experience at Smile Hub Dental in Sutton. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was friendly and professional. While I was waiting to check in, she was dealing with a difficult customer, and I was genuinely impressed by how calmly and respectfully she handled the situation.
The dentist and dental nurse were equally excellent. They made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment and quickly identified and treated the source of my pain. I really appreciated how efficiently everything was handled.
Thank you for seeing me so quickly and for providing such great care. I would highly recommend this practice.

I am a VERY nervous patient and have been putting this visit off for way too long - when I booked it on line I put in the notes that I was nervous and the dentist, Rachel, came out as soon as I arrived as she spotted my message in the notes and didn’t want to leave me waiting. She was absolutely fantastic, constantly checking in with me that I was ok and while there is nothing pleasant about dentist visits for me Rachel gave me great advise and I have no great anxiety about returning in 3 months. A big thanks to Rachel !

Appointment
Had appointment for today, Sunday 15.3.26 at 10.30am, as I was in pain and was left sitting there still an hour later at 11.30am. Clearly other people walked in after me and were seen before me. I asked the receptionist why this was and she didn’t know. So I left and won’t be back. Very bad service to leave someone waiting over an hour after your appointment time.

An incredible team of humans! I was the most nervous patient from the start. Ruth and Andrea have put me at such ease since I first started going to Smile Dental Hub in Sutton (Bayside). I originally went out at 7am in the morning with a toothache, turns out I needed it to be pulled. They put me at such ease and were very honest with pricing etc with what I have needed and always offered instalments if needed. I could not recommend Smiles more! From a nervous patient to someone who is at ease it makes life so much easier attending the dentist easy earth angels! <3

Smile Hub Dental Clinic
It felt extremely rushed, no pleasantries for an already slightly anxious person going to see a dentist they had never met. Mixed messages about completing the form and then having limited time. Was unable to get out of the chair when asked to complete the form as there were so many obstacles. I was tearful in the chair and dentist didn’t even notice (first time I have ever felt like this). I will not be going here again.
