My 2nd experience at Smile is deserving of 5 stars. Had a check and cleaning done with Dr Bishoy Wanis at Bayside clinic who was very professional, kind and explained issues with me as he worked, with such patience. This is a very different experience from my first visit with a different Dr in a different Smile location.

Not an easy job dealing with a nervous patient like myself :) , but I have been to see her twice already and she is extremely good at her job and always there to lend a calming attitude. My appointment today was with Vanessa, she put me at ease right away with her pleasant personality.
I was there for a routine check up scale and polish.
She checked in with me regularly during the procedure to make sure I was feeling ok and she explained exactly what she was doing.
The whole experience was very positive.
This is my second visit to Vanessa and her team in Smile Hub and I whole heartedly recommend them, especially if you’re feeling any way nervous or anxious.

I had a really bad gum infection due to my wisdom tooth last day. I was grateful to find Smilehub as I was struggling for someone to look at it urgently. They drained my infection and booked me in for consultation the next day. Today is the next day and I'm already feeling so much better with the single dose of meds. Couldn't be happier! Shoutout to Dr. Elmasri, thanks for helping me yesterday!

Appointment
At my last visit the dentist booked me in to see him in six months and advised I can change the date if that didn’t suit closer to the time. I phoned last week to change it to 10.30 this morning. I waited and was seen by a hygienist at 11.00. I didn’t particularly want or need a clean but I did need to discuss an issue with the dentist. Due to time constraints and the delays which are constant at this clinic I left without a clean or exam after being there for 40 minutes and having organised a child minder.

Had a really great experience at this dental practice, I was in for a scale and polish with Dr Bishoy. Dr Bishoy and his assistant were really kind and friendly. They went through each step and made my experience a very positive one. Would really recommend this practice
