Do my son's broken teeth here, who knows i forgot the part of teeth at home, have to run back home and back again. Reception are so friendly and hospitality for us and Dr is so gently to do his job. Not like my nightmare experience before. Totally different.

We first visited Smiles Hub Bayside for an emergency appointment after our youngest son knocked his two front teeth. From that first visit, the experience was absolutely superb.

Dr. Ibrahim Elmasri was incredible. He has a natural gift for working with children; he put my son at ease immediately, turning what could have been a traumatic emergency into a positive experience. Since then, both of my children have had check-ups here, and we recently moved our 8-year-old son to Dr. Ibrahim's care to handle a filling that had been delayed elsewhere.

My 8-year-old was quite nervous, but he came out of the appointment unable to stop talking about how much he loved the dentist! It is such a relief as a parent to find a practice that combines high-quality clinical work with such a warm, child-friendly atmosphere.

The professional care and the way Dr. Ibrahim interacts with the kids makes the extra travel time 100% worth it. We couldn't be happier with the move to this practice. Highly recommended!

I visited Smile Hub today with a broken tooth. Dr Ibrahim fitted me in at short notice. I am a really nervous dental patient but he is very calm and knowledgeable and put me at ease. He did an amazing job to save my tooth. Thank you.

It was my first time having Abigail to clean my teeth She was ever so careful and and really did a good job without rushing to get it finished. Job well done! Thanks Abigail.
