Recent appointment
Wasn't the best experience. My appointment was changed to a different doctor from my usual one and I wasn't given any heads-up. It was clear the new doctor didn't even check my history at all, even though I've been a regular patient. The exam and hygiene was booked for 30 mins but the appointment took less than 15 mins in total. It all felt rushed and I was scared and uncomfortable. The doctor was not friendly or caring. For someone who is afraid of the dentist but still making an effort to go, it's not a good experience.

Had a great experience, got an emergency extraction appointment on the day and within hours of making the first call. Dr Hannah Elseisy was great, very pleasant, professional, kept you calm and kept pain to an absolute minimum. Very informative in the aftercare. Didn’t try to upsell you in very expensive treatments
