Great and prompt service

I’m very nervous and they were very kind and patient

Attended my appointment on time and was told to take a seat. Was sitting for 30 minutes with nothing happening (I had first appointment of the day, so this delay was unexpected). Went to desk to ask if there was an issue and the woman immediately said they think the lab hasn't made the device I need, so the appointment can't go ahead. She said they had known this the day before and someone had called to update me, but said they couldn't contact me. I said I had picked up a call the day before, but the clinic hung up once I said hello, so I assumed I was called in error. I showed her the call log indicating I had accepted the call, as she was implying I was at fault, and then she said, "well, sometimes the lines drop". So taking a logical action like calling again, leaving a voicemail, sending a text, cancelling my appointment on the system, etc. was not considered. All that aside, when I booked in at the desk for my appointment, they knew then the appointment couldn't go ahead, but still told me to take a seat and left me there for 30 minutes, which is a level of incompetence that I don't understand. She said sorry with a little laugh and rescheduled the appointment, wasting 90 minutes of my time. I had a similar experience with this clinic a few months ago - left sitting for 40 minutes before being told the dentist still hadn't arrived that day. Disappointed at this level of service.

Staff were lovely, maybe more clarity given to patients on prices, given 2/3 different prices and told €400 for an extraction. More clarity would be nice

I arrived for a 7.30 am appointment in which the clinic opened at 8am. Got seen to at 09.15am, there were other people waiting too, it was very unprofessional giving appointments for 07.30am, people waiting out in the freezing cold, also staff were there since 7am outside. There should be priority for eldery and children waiting especially when in pain and emergency call, the dentist was very good and professional, I think that there should be more organasition managing the slot times for appointments and opening as per schedule, if an appointment is were charged 100 euroes but if the clinic is opened late were still charged what our dental bill is it doesnt make sense, the customer should be reinbursed

Professional excellent staff

Excellent - I had to get one of my wisdom teeth pulled sooner rather than later and smilehub were able to get me in same day for an appointment. I felt so well looked after from the minute I got there, extraction went exactly to plan and I was sent home with everything I could possibly need for aftercare. I will definitely be returning for further dental care.

I had severe pain in my wisdom tooth and contacted many dental clinics during the Christmas period. Unfortunately, none of them were available due to the holidays. Smile Hub Dental Clinic accepted my case as an emergency and gave me an appointment the very same day. I truly believe I would have suffered a lot if they had not helped me so promptly.
I would especially like to thank the doctor who treated me. Despite the complexity of my case, she handled it with great care and professionalism, and I did not feel any pain during the surgery. Even after the procedure, the medication she prescribed was very effective in controlling the pain and helping me recover comfortably.
I am extremely grateful to the entire team at Smile Hub for providing such excellent care when I needed it the most. I highly recommend this clinic for their kindness, efficiency, and outstanding service.
