I am so grateful to Smiles Dental Clinic Bayside for the excellent standard of professional dentistry, I received from Dr Ibrahim. I attended for an Emergency Appointment late on a Sunday evening with an increasingly painful, swollen front tooth underneath a broken crown with an old root canal. Having examined all the surrounding teeth thoroughly and calmly.
Dr Ibrahim diagnosed the exact source of infection and developing abcess on xrays and explained the issues to me. He then sucessfully completed a complicated extraction in completely painless procedure in about 15 mins and gave me clear after care advice. I was so delighted to have attended the best dental clinic in North Dublin and have such a professional and painfree experience with such a kind, calm dentist.
All the staff I met and spoke with from my first phone call to the receptionist, nursing and dental staff were so polite and dedicated to giving the best possible care . I had hoped to make an appointment but was delighted and amazed to be able get such brilliant dental treatment with a complex extraction during the week end. Highly recommended. Also there is convenient parking just outside.

Had an emergency appointment and from start to finish it was the most pleasant dental experience I ever had, even though I had to get a filling! The staff at reception, the dental nurse and dentist himself were all so lovely.

I don’t love going to the dentist and being new to the area changing dentist was on the long finger. I needn’t have worried as Maeve made it easy today. Thorough check up with good and clear advice. New dentist

I went to your office in extreme pain. I currently still am.

I had forgotten my glasses and asked if the receptionist could help me with the questionnaire. She brought me over to the waiting area where there were other patients and loudly went through the questions before she was stopped by another receptionist.

When I saw the dentist I informed them what was wrong with my teeth and about an abscess. They did an x-ray and showed me what I told them. They said I should get two extractions at 250 per tooth. I told them that was too expensive and they said that that is what it costs there. I intended to get my mouth fixed there over time, but as soon as I said the extractions were too expensive, I was essentially cut loose without even a mention about a prescription for an antibiotic for the abscess. The only thing they mentioned was Neurafen for the ongoing pain but the pharmacy was closed at that time. When I left I was charged 120 euro. I paid. But, for what? Now, I'm 120 euro shorter than I was for fixing my dental issues. It was a cruel experience.
