I’ve been looking for a new dentist for about a year as mine has retired. Dr. Mark Rogers fixed a chip on my front tooth today - and he was excellent - really thorough - spotting and addressing another issue at the same time! I’ll definitely be attending Dr. Mark from now on.

Friendly, understanding and accommodating
The staff are friendly, understanding and accommodating, especially for a nervous dental patient. I was impressed by the professionalism and felt comfortable there. I would recommend this place to others.

Appointment
I had an oral examination and a scale and polish. The oral is free under the PRSI scheme and the scale and polish is capped at €15. This is charged on the website at time of booking, however you are charged another €15 at the clinic. That's our price, I was told when I queried it. This can't be right, surely, when the government has capped it. A cap means now more charges. Feels like price gouging. Left a sour taste in my mouth if you pardon the pun.

Had to attend the Smile Hub on a Sunday after breaking my teeth in a fall. No issues getting an appointment and the treatment was so quick, efficient and understanding of the shock I was in. I think the dentists name was Mark. I relaxed very quickly and left aware of follow up and potential future treatments

I'm absolutely blown away by the exceptional service I received from this dentist! Not only do they have a fantastic team, but they're also open on weekends and have super flexible hours, which is a lifesaver in an emergency situation. I was in agony, and they got me in straight away, taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything in detail. The treatment was top-notch, and the staff were so kind and understanding. Appointment
I had an appointment this morning for a clean and got a different dentist than I thought I had the booking with. I have been using Smile Hub since it opened and am disappointed that I am no longer getting the dentist I am comfortable with. I have previously had Laura then Ruth. The girl today (while very professional and pleasant) didn't even give me her name. The reason I started using Bayside was for familiarity. If in the future if I am going to keep getting a different dentist I will move to a smaller practice.
